The EOS Rebel T2i comes with an 18.0-megapixel CMOS sensor takes photos with exceptional clarity to give you more than enough resolution for large enlargements or crops. This is a great camera for taking photos in low light. Low light technology excellent, ISO is adjustable from 100 to 6400.
The led screen is big and bright but the camera is not heavy like you would expect from a screen this large. The other cameras with this big a screen seemed heavier. I like this size because it is compact and I can easily carry around with me. The lens that comes with this camera is a good daily use lens. The performance in low light is excellent, but if you want even better performance in low light, you can get a low light lens.
The EOS Rebel T2i comes bundled with a great set of software tools, including the Canon EOS Utility, Digital Photo Professional, ZoomBrowser EX for Windows, ImageBrowser for Macintosh OS X, the Picture Style Editor, MovieEdit Task, PhotoStitch, Memory Card Utility, WFT Utility, and Original Data Security Tools.
Overall this is a great camera. Canon has always been known for their quality and the EOS Rebel line have all been great for the average consumer. I think the T2i is above average and it is a pleasure to use.
